Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FlyBreezy, LLC ("FlyBreezy," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FlyBreezy website and web application at flybreezy.app (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Account information: email address, name (if provided), and password when you create an account.
- Email signup: your email address if you join our mailing list.
- Payment information: if you subscribe to FlyBreezy Pro, payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Communications: anything you send us by email or through the Service.
Information collected automatically:
- Search activity: the routes, dates, and preferences you search for, which we use to operate features (such as showing results and powering alerts) and to improve the Service.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the Service, including flight search results, comparisons, and alerts
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Send transactional emails (such as account notices and fare alerts you request)
- Send marketing emails if you have signed up for them (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as follows:
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate the Service, such as Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email), Bubble (application hosting), flight data providers (to run your searches), and analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own contractual and legal obligations.
- Affiliate booking partners. When you click a booking link, you leave FlyBreezy and the destination site (for example, a flight booking site) may set cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy. Affiliate networks may track that your visit came from FlyBreezy so we can earn a commission; this tracking generally uses cookies and does not involve us sharing your name or email.
- Legal and safety. If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of FlyBreezy, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If FlyBreezy is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and support affiliate tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.
5. Email Choices
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops marketing messages. We may still send transactional emails related to your account or subscription (such as receipts, alert notifications you set up, and important service notices).
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing hello@flybreezy.app; we will honor verified requests except where retention is required by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including reliance on established providers (such as Stripe for payments and Google Workspace for business email). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of certain U.S. states (such as Texas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others with comprehensive privacy laws) may have specific statutory rights. To exercise any privacy right, email hello@flybreezy.app with your request; we will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
If you are located outside the United States, note that the Service is operated from the United States and your information will be processed there.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@flybreezy.app and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Service links to third-party websites, including booking sites. This Policy does not apply to those sites; review their privacy policies before providing information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice (such as email or an in-app notice).
